The Town Office (Sam Lake House) renovation is set to proceed starting in April of 2018. After extensive negotiations with several general contractors failed because of cost, the Selectmen decided to act as the General Contractor. This will enable the project to be completed for the cost of the Warrant Article. The Contractors hired for the job are: Mark Padula-Excavting, Al Brock-Concrete, Jake Dahlberg-Framing, Bill Ready-Roofing, Larry Martin-Electrician, Steve Snedeker-Plumbing & Heating, Kim Bean-Drywall, Energy Improvements-Insulation, Mark Hopkins-Siding, Trim and Finish, Concord Carpet.
The Selectmen want to thank the Sam Lake Renovation Committee members for their hard work on this project.
