The Planning Board is responsible for the overall planning and future development of the Town. This includes approval of subdivision and site plans, as well as updating the Master Plan, land use regulations and developing and maintaining the Capital Improvements Program (CIP).
All Planning Board meetings are open to the public. Meetings are held regularly on the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of each month beginning at 7:00PM or as posted and are held in the Meeting House. Meeting agendas and minutes are available on the Town website.
