Voting Information
VOTING: Residents may register to vote during the town clerk’s regular hours. Proof of residency is required. If you have not been able to register to vote with the clerk you may register and vote on election day by bringing your proof of residency.

ABSENTEE BALLOTS: In order to apply for an absentee ballot you are required to sign an affidavit certifying that you (1) will be absent from the town where you are registered to vote; or (2) cannot appear in public because of observance of a religious commitment; or (3) are unable to vote in person by reason of a physical disability.
If you do not meet at least one of these requirements, you need to vote in person.
