Dear Canterbury Town Employees & Committee Members
As many of you know, the Town Selectman formed a committee, “Advisory Committee on Town Administration” to research the position of Town Administrator. The committee assignment includes: to review 1) the minutes of the March 2006 Town Meeting, 2)the MRI report, 3)management structures in other NH towns and 4) to form a recommendation to the Selectman by early December.
As part of that process, we are attempting to meet with all town employees and town committee members to seek their input in our review. The committee has developed a series of questions that we would like each employee and or Committee member to discuss/answer. I have attached a copy of those questions.
We value your input. We appreciate the time that you will spend with us to discuss these questions. We will make every effort to minimize any interruptions this might cause in your schedule. Along with the attached schedule is a list or Advisory committee members who will contact you.
